Here's my 2008 Resolution:

1. Get into a good university or college.
Yes.. No.. I dunno.
Only few months there.

2. Learn swimming, cycling, cooking and baking!
Tak Jadi.

3. Think of something I wanna study in university or college.
Accomplished.

4. Happy and love the course I choose to study.
I think I do.

5. Get to know more kind and friendly people.
I only met few new people...
Still haven’t find out their REAL personality yet.

6. Study harder!
Erm.. Did I??
I dunno.

7. Eat vege...
Accomplished!!
I did it!
and I'm soooo proud of myself!!
Ohohoh!

8. Visit Singapore with friends.
9. Go to beach and bbq or picnic with friends.

I'm extreamely tired today!!
(What did you do?)

Well, I assembled these all by myself.

Two 80x202 bookcase
(One with glass door and one without)
One 40x202 bookcase with glass door

Hammering, screwing, flipping over, lifting, carrying..
I did it all by myself!!
(FYI, the bigger one weights 44.5kg and smaller one weights 32kg.)

Hence,
-hands and legs got papercuts, "box"cuts, "wood"cuts, whatevercuts.
-bruises on legs and arms.
-pain in both thumbs cuz I inserted 48 wooden dowels into those pre-drilled holes.

I sum it up with a chinese idiom: 遍体鳞伤

and Last Friday I assembled these with my younger sis.

The rocking chair is the hardest!!

I truly, truly, regret for rejecting the assembly service and
they only charge 5% of the retail price of the item!!!
I thought it was 15%..
I shouldn't be so kiam sap laaa...

Time Flies Super Duper Fast!!

It’s mid- December already!
Christmas is just around the corner.
OMG! It's next Thursday!!
and
I'm moving into my new place next weekend!
Guess what, we don’t have a TV cabinet and dinning table!
Haven’t buy yet.
I don't mind sitting on floor to have my dinner actually.
HAHA!

Went to Ikea on Wednesday night.
Bought most of the things I want but
some of them are out of stock!!
again…

So I emailed Ikea in the midnight, at 1:23am.
(What a coincidence! 123?? HAH)
They replied me on the next day:

- wipe the walls
- wash and scrubs the floors
- wash/ clean the windows
- wash the bathroom

without wearing gloves.
As a result,
hands are rough and dry and old and cracked and chapped...
I sum it up in one word: UGLY
No one wanna hold my hands liao lor..

Next week is gonna be beyond hectic.

Am I a Girly Girl?

Yes I am.

Despite the facts that I:
- don't wear make up
- don't wear high heels
- seldom wear skirts
- my walking posture is ugly
- am not graceful
- don't have any piercing on my body
(I have never pierced my ears and I think navel piercing, toungue piercing, nipple piercing etc etc, are not cool at all cuz the infection is freaking scary!)

Barbies from the 90s are prettier and the hair is easier to comb...

Unfortunately, I can't never find them in market anymore
cuz Mattel purchased them and they redesigned, created a new Polly series.

What Will Happen to My Lips If I Drink 5 Cups of Coffee Today?

I think I'm alergic to caffeine...
My lips got swollen when I came home from Kopitiam last Friday!!


1. Genting
My lips get swollen EVERYTIME I go there.
I thought it's because of the heat in my body as I don't drink much water there.
But I was wrong!
cuz I always have ice blended mocha in G.Coffee Bean.
Caffeine!

2. Few weeks ago, I had some iced white coffee with friends..
and guess what?
When I got home, lips bengkak abit..
Caffeine!

3. Last week, went to Ikea with sisters.
Lips got swollen ..
So I thought it's because of the heat again laa..
was busy window shopping inside so I didn't drink enough water.
But I was wrong again!
I remember we had lunch at kopitiam before that and I ordered iced mocha...
Caffeine!

4. Friday..
I had hazelnut white coffee..
Yummy but my lips got swollen...
Caffeine!

5. Kopi-O Ais from normal chinese food stall
This is weird..
I don't think my lips bengkak after drinking it cuz my lips don't feel hot.
But I'm not sure, never check them on mirror..
Hmmm... must be using ciplak coffee laaa
If they really do that, then I should stop ordering kopi-o ais lor!

So, am i allergic to caffeine?
I google-ed for the symptoms and these are what I found:

"extremely nauseas, experience rapid heartbeat, dizzyness, drop in blood pressure"
"consuming too much caffeine which include jitters, headache, insomnia, and irritability."
WOW!!!

"difficulty breathing, shock, tongue, and facial swelling"

Should I STOP drinking coffee?
Luckily I seldom drink cuz I'm not a big fan of coffee and I prefer coffee with no sugar,
same as chocolate..
I LOVE dark chocolate and loathe milk/ sweet chocs.
(okay, the choc part is out of topic)


So what if Im really allergic to caffeine..??
No more coffee??
Unfair laaa!!
Some of them taste really good!!

So what should I do now?
Go for a blood test?
Or visit a kopitiam nearby and order a cup of kau kau cofee,
drink it, sit then wait and see if my lips bengkak.
HAAHAHA

Sister went to Ikea today and found out that
the Minnen bed that I'm gonna buy is temporarily out of stock!!

Not sure its temporarily or what..
She just told me that fella said no more.

This is Minnen.
I like this bed cuz it's white and cute especially that swirl thingy.
It's a kiddie bed.. I'm not sure whether it can support an adult weight or not.
But I still like it.

I don't think I will spend more than RM60 for a pair of Roxy or Hawaianas
Worth it meh??? RM60 for flip flops, I rather spend on something else.
I won't buy an expensive pair cuz I change my them every year..

and I can't afford to buy myself a Couch and LV sling..
Though I'm not a fan of LV cuz is tooo common here and too many pirated..
but somehow, dunno why I love this LV sling/ clutch.

and also I can't afford and won't spend so much for that blouse,
although I like Marc Jacobs but it's expensive!)

No need to queue for tickets and
there were only 9 people in the hall.
LOL!
However we were 15 minutes late for the movie
cuz we went for the 12:15pm show as
I need to get home before 3:30pm
and the movie already started when buying tix.

After watching the movie...
I was quite disappointed laaa (expected)
because the book will always be better.

The movie was not bad laa, ok laaa
and most of the dialogues are same as the book
but if you didn't read the book, it might have been confused.
and you can't expect it to be something like LOTR or HP
cuz this film cost $36mil to make,
it's low cost by Hollywoord standards.


If you haven't watch, go watch it.
I might watch again..
cuz I missed the first 15 minutes.
