I have been extremely moody lately.. sigh
What an AWFUL month!



Today is 31st of May, last day of May.
Tomorrow is gonna be 1st June.

Gathering at Waterlily

Met my La Salle friends yesterday at Waterlily, Puchong.
It's located at IOI Business Centre, opposite IOI Mall.
I never been there before, don't even know it exists in Puchong!
So It was my first time there.
They serve barbeque food, like BBQ chic, lamb, salmon, squid with pasta/ nasi lemak.

Parents fetched me there after dropped my sis at her ballet studio.
I reached there around 6:50pm and waited others for 30 mins!
Friends oh friends, I was so hungry.. (be punctual abit can ar? =P)


There were 18 of us (plus sin yee's sis) inside the restaurant.
You have an option to dine in the indoor or outdoor.
We decided to stay in the indoor as the tables are easily to arrange.
It looked like we have rent that place because there was only our gang inside.
Other customers dined outdoor.
We made so much noise and laughed like nobody's business and had contributed noise pollution to the restaurant.
HAH!
There was one family sat on the table next to us.
Parents with twin babies and a kid.
I was kinda suprise that they sat there until they finished thier meals.
The family can actually tahan the noises we made.
Honestly, I, myself, coundn't stand the noises.
I feel kinda embarrassed but don't care laa, once a while.
It was fun though.
I had so much fun yesterday!

OHOHOHO!!!

My BBQ Salmon with roasted potatoes, some brown sauce, coleslaw
with a bowl of mushroom soup and ice blended red bean.
The food was not bad laaa, I like the potatoes and the soup.
Ambience, not bad but it's stuffy and hot if you dine in the indoor.

I'm currently addicted to this Big Mac Chant!

I actually spent whole day learning this chant yesterday with my sister!
Younger sis btw, she is the only sister I play with.
Crazy!

Mashed Potatoes

If you read this (#29) before, you would know I'm sucker for potatoes.
I can't control myself when I see potatoes lying on a plate.
Even my stomach is bloated, full with rubbish food, I still eat them.
I just can't help it!



Yesterday after parents left home for someone's wedding dinner,
I decided to make mash potatoes.
My younger sister was in the kitchen with me but didn't help much.
I used 2 big potatoes btw.

Besides boiling the potatoes,
I made the gravy and washed dishes at the same time.
3 things at a time.
I can multi-task eh!
Not bad!!
Welcome to the world of multi-tasking!

However,
the detergent foam dropped on the gas stove few times when I was washing the dishes..
Potatoes were still boiling in the sauce pan and gravy was already done on another pan.

As you can see on picture, the foam was near to the gravy pan.
Therefore,
I threw away the gravy because I afraid that the foam might dropped on it...
So, eventually, I still not qualified to be a multi-tasker, yet.
HAH!

After 1 hour running around in the kitchen..
My very first homemade mashed potatoes were finally done..
I spent one bloody hour to make it.

My mashed potatoes were soft.
I added too much milk and butter, ended up taste like CHEESE.
Very Cheesy...
If you love cheese, you would like my mashed potatoes... I suppose.

Oh ya, did I mention that the milk I used is not fresh milk like HL or GoodDay?
I used milk powder instead of those fresh milk, I was lazy to go out and buy.
As a result, my mashed potatoes has Susu Anlene smells too!
HAHAH!!
That's why, my elder sister didn't eat it though she loves cheese.

I'm not a cheese lover and I don't eat cheese, read this (#13) if you don't know.
Therefore I added lotsa black pepper to cover the cheese smell.
My younger sister couldn't stand the Anlene milk smells either,
but she is willing to eat it with me.....thank you!
with lotsa black pepper too! but didn't add as much as me.


So...
My mashed potatoes tak jadi..
but I'm gonna keep trying and make it jadi!

Yesterday.. Last Night..

Yesterday went to Metrojaya, Mid Valley with sister to get something for Mother's Day.
I got my mom a handbag and finally I bought my swimsuits.

Finally ...


Reached home around 6:30pm and went out for dinner with family.



I couldn't sleep last night, I was thinking and worrying...
I slept kinda late, around 3am.
Woke up quite early at 9:30am today.
(I sleep around 1:30am every night and wake up around 10:30am everyday..)

Last night, I wished that

- the small Spongebob and the little teddy bear on my bed could speak to me.
- the big Spongebob I hug every night could cheer me up...

sigh


What's wrong with you laaa, H.Yen!!

I cut my hair on Saturday somewhere opposite IOI mall.
The guy took one bloody hour to cut my hair..
I think it's consider trimming because it's just slightly shorter.
I ask him to reduce volume to my hair and my head now feel lighter!

I was bored yesterday.. surfing the net and had nothing to google.
Then I remembered Teen Vogue always have some nice pictures to see.
Since I had nothing to do, I decided to kepo Teen Vogue.
